Changing temperatures and precipitation affect river flows, water sources, ecosystems, farms, and the reliability of hydropower. BES studies these connections and works with communities and institutions to test solutions suited to Bhutan's mountain landscapes.
The program advances climate-resilient water access while supporting solar, wind, biomass, and community energy systems that diversify Bhutan's clean-energy future.
