On behalf of the Thimphu Thromde, the Bhutan Ecological Society invites Expressions of Interest from interested private entities for outsourcing of the following services for the Thromde:

Street Sweeping and Drain Cleaning Services (Norzin Zone) Street Sweeping and Drain Cleaning Services (Changangkha Zone) Interested private entities are requested to submit a business proposal detailing their mode of operation, innovative approaches, and service delivery mechanisms in accordance with the Standard Bidding Document.

The proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 12 noon, 10/04/2025, addressed to:
