Call for Nominations

The Bhutan Ecological Society and the Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environmental Research seeks nominations for the 5^th Jigme Singye Wangchuck Environmental Award (JSW-OESA). This award honours individuals, groups, and institutions from all disciplines who have dedicated themselves towards ensuring the security and sustainability of Bhutan’s pristine environment. The JSW-OESA particularly merits people who have gone beyond the normal call-of-duty in their service towards environmental protection. The 5^th JSW-OESA will be conferred on 5^th June 2018 in Thimphu.
